    The Visual Merchandising Department is a fast paced creative team based in London, which supports retail teams in the execution of VM and Display. Focused by channel the department provides a support function to retail ensuring consistency in execution is achieved.

    We are recruiting for an exciting new position of VM Manager for the North. This role reports into the VM Manager for UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and talented VM Manager with strong visual skills and management experience to join our team.



    • Equip retail management within the region with the knowledge and skills to execute vm and display in their stores.  
    • Provide regular and thorough remote feedback to the regions on VM execution and Display.
    • Deliver focused and targeted VM training on Brand VM Guidelines and expectation on standards.  Store visits will be part of this role however most of this training will be delivered remotely.  
    • Partner with regional DM’s and AM’s to identify areas of commercial and visual opportunity within the region and offer achievable solutions to elevate the visual proposition and drive sales.
    • Feedback on store visual execution to the VM Manager UK and relevant DM
    • Support with the execution of new store and concession opening in the region.  Some travel is expected but limited.
    • Attend the Monthly VM Directive overnights to gain a thorough understanding of all products and keep abreast of new vm disciplines.
    • Must have in depth and up to date knowledge of product and sales performance across the region.

    • 2 years previous vm experience is essential, ideally in a similar position.
    • Be able to demonstrate strong people skills.
    • Good presentation skills are key both verbal and written.
    • Good digital skills with a willingness to embrace technology.  
    • Languages are be preferred but not essential.
