WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

 

THE ROLE

 

As a Floor Manager with AllSaints, you will be an ambassador for Brand leading your team with passion to embrace our three brand values.

You will support a team to deliver exceptional service and consistent Brand Experience to our customer, whilst supporting the growth of your team.  Leading by example. through personalised styling and a positive, outgoing approach you will ensure each and every one of our customer’s needs are met.

You will lead and support your team to revolutionise retail through digital design thinking. Sharing fresh ideas and showcasing best in class operations.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Hands on approach to developing the store Customer Experience. You will lead by example and coach your stylists, creating this customer first environment
    • Support, advise and train stylists to help maximise every selling opportunity
    • Train and develop your team to be able to provide expert styling advice to our customers
    • Be an inspiration to our teams. Passionately promote Brand and styling at all times by managing our wardrobe and grooming guidelines.
    • Utilising reporting tools available to support commercial decisions which will benefit the customer and store
    • Working as a team ensure all operational activities are managed and delivered within guidelines and timeframes
    • Create and own a visually exciting in store brand experience that showcases our collection at its best and most commercial whilst maintaining operational excellence
    • Provide training utilising digital brand platforms with a focus on product knowledge
    • Digital leadership, leading by example by utilising effectively digital brand platforms
    • Duty Management of the store as and when required
    • Working with the team on the floor to drive productivity through effective people placement

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLE?

 

    • Passion for customer service and team development
    • Customer facing managerial experience with a background of operational excellence
    • You know what outstanding, customer service looks like and have experience of delivering this in a high performing team
    • You are able to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines with ease
    • You are a natural leader and team player, able to complete all floor based tasks and understand how to delegate this appropriately.
    • A Design Thinker - thinking digitally and making key commercial decisions to drive the team and business forward
    • Thrive on solving problems and looking at implementing creative solutions
