WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

As a Store Manager you will lead, develop and support the team and the operations of your store to create an aspirational brand experience that encourages customers and team members to engage and exceed sales targets.

You will lead and support brand to revolutionise retail through digital design thinking. Sharing fresh ideas and showcasing best in class operations.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead your team from the front. Be hands on with coaching the team to deliver an extraordinary brand experience and achieve sales targets
  • Take ownership of the recruitment and on-boarding process. Develop your team’s skills and behaviours to allow them progress internally and support succession.
  • Lead your team by creating an open, honest and transparent environment. Lead your team to win as a unit.
  • Drive a culture of customer brand loyalty and spend in all global channels
  • Elevate the in store brand experience by consistently delivering exceptional best in class standards throughout the brand, covering People, Product and Proposition.
  • Responsibility of store Hr,  Audit, Profit Protection, Health and Safety and Facilities
  • Develop clear, digital, consistent and organised methods of communication with key stakeholders and maximise employee engagement through usage of brand platforms such as internal G+, Hangouts and Google Drive
  • Deliver an exciting in store experience by excelling in visual standards through your floor set.
  • Drive your own development and always look for ways to enhance your skills as a leader

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLE?

 

  • Customer facing managerial experience with a background of operational excellence
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service whilst maintaining the commercial focus
  • Ability to motivate others and build effective teams.  Strong coaching and flexible style of management.
  • Ability to work with flexibility, enthusiasm, pace and react quickly to changing priorities
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills, working with KPI’s, to better understand and improve sales performance.
  • An innate desire to ensure the customer remains at the heart of every decision
  • Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to execute difficult conversations and all HR procedures
  • An organised and creative approach to problem solving
  • As a decision maker, you will be brave in trying things which will ultimately have a positive impact on store sales and profitability
  • Ability to own your business. Draw on your extensive skill set to drive your business forward.
  • Ability to work and delegate responsibility in a fast-paced environment
