WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

***We are currently recruiting for flexible, temporary stylists to join the team between October and January, to assist us through our busiest time of the year. ***

 

THE ROLE

 

As a Stylist at AllSaints, you will be an ambassador for Brand and embrace our three brand values.

You will deliver an exceptional service and consistent brand experience to our customer, whilst supporting the growth of all channels in the business.  Through personalised styling and a positive, outgoing approach you will ensure each and every one of our customer’s needs are met.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • To deliver an exceptional Brand experience to all customers and create an environment which is welcoming.
  • To develop the highest level of global brand and product knowledge which allows you to naturally maximise every selling opportunity.  
  • Expertly style customers to individual requirement, inline with their wardrobe or to the latest look book trends.
  • Be an inspiration to our customers. Passionately promote Brand and styling at all times by following our wardrobe and grooming guidelines.
  • Work as a team player, participate in all activities contributing to the objectives of the store
  • Support your management team in daily operation. Proactively supporting in floor management, stock and store operations, visual merchandising, opening/ closing duties and after sales.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all company policies and procedures detailed in the digital employee handbook
  • Maximise personal engagement through usage of digital brand platforms such as internal G+, Hangouts and Google Drive.
