WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Reporting to the global Director of Creative VM this role will oversee all model and still life styling for mens and womens fashion plus non apparel.  
  • Deliever a monthly online styling and trend guide for the studio team to use as a template for new collections.  
  • Must have a strong awareness of key investments and seasonal best sellers and ensure assets are profilled accordingly
  • Build a strong portfolio of models, create a clear and current brief for all castings and partner with the Studio Manager in coordinating the right talent for each shoot day.  
  • Ensure the studio team hits daily shoot targets,  partner with Studio Manager to maintain productivity goals and cost control.   
  • Manage the team on set to deliver assets which reflect brand styling and highlight the features and details of each option.  Managing the stylist, Hair and Makeup and signing off all images pre production.  Instruct reshoots where necessary and offer feedback.
  • Will actively seek ways to improve the commercial and creative online proposition.  
  • Partnering with the Creative Art Director and Director of VM on strategy for seasonal changes.  
  • Support with research and testing, always looking to evolve and imporve.    
  • Partner with the Creative Studios on Adhoc projects and capsule collections

 

 

 

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLE?

  • Proven expereince as a Senior Stylist for an established premium fashion brand.  Ideally working with both mens and womens fashion and non apparel.  
  • Present an excellent portfolio of work demonstrating creativity, model casting and understanding of content creation.  
  • A very strong understanding and knowledge of fashion and styling.  
  • Must deliver on detail and work with very high standards
  • Have good technical ability and ideally working knowledge of Mac technology and Excel
  • An organised and efficient individual who is results driven,  focused and can deliver to a brief.   
  • Ability to lead and work under pressure,  creating strong partnerships along the way.  
  • Must be able to create a positive energy on and off set,  with an excellent work ethic and professional manner.  
  • A driven character, eager for new challenges and support the brand in shaping the future of AllSaints.com.

The Digital Studio is responsible for delivering assets for AllSaints online platform and concession partners.  A team of creative professionals and freelance talent work collaboratively to produce over 20,000 assets annually.  The in house studio team own the endto-end process from ideation through to planning and post production.  We are focused on quality and consistency of work delivering rich and engaging assets that reflect the quality and craftsmenship of our collections.
