WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

 

THE ROLE

 

As an Assistant Store Manager you will lead, develop and support the team and the operations of your store to create an aspirational brand experience that encourages customers and team members to engage and exceed sales targets.

You will lead and support brand to revolutionise retail through digital design thinking. Sharing fresh ideas and showcasing best in class operations.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hands on approach to developing the skillsets of the team.  You will lead by example, supporting the Store Manager to create this customer first environment
  • Utilising market leading digital commercial tools to support Store Manager develop store strategy
  • Ensure all operational activities are managed and delivered to within guidelines and timeframes
  • Support and train the Floor Management team in creating and owning a visually exciting floorset that showcases our collection at its best and most commercial whilst maintaining operational excellence
  • Work with the Store Manager to maintain a strong profit focus, ensuring costs are managed within budgets
  • Train and develop the next generation in Design Thinkers who will represent the Brand image and demonstrate our Brand’s DNA

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLE?

 

    • Passion for customer service and team development
    • Customer facing managerial experience with a background of operational excellence
    • You know what outstanding, customer service looks like and have experience of delivering this in a high performing team
    • Time management is a must. You are able to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines with ease
    • You are a natural leader who measures success in the development of your team
    • A Design Thinker - making key commercial decisions to drive your team and the business forward
    • Thrive on solving problems and looking at implementing creative solution
    • Ability to analyse sales reports, understand KPIs and understand how to drive the business forward
