  • WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

     

    • Own product data for each season, maintaining master data and ensuring data integrity across relevant systems
    • Assisting market preparation though set up, creating business snapshot and supporting line list documentation
    • Create and tracker order forms and partner feedback to inform buy quantities and pack creation
    • Overseeing the allocation of product to our Franchise stores / end to end order management of Wholesale orders
    • Analysing store performance and strategizing solutions in order to maximize sales potential; drive in-season sales and monitor stock liability
    • Providing weekly Monday reports highlighting good and bad performers, sell thru and stock availability.
    • Ensuring stocks are in the right place at the right time through reviewing weekly store and best seller reports, understanding the partner needs and challenges.
    • Supporting and assisting the team to ensure allocations are accurate, timely and well communicated, liaising with the warehouse to support efficient deliveries.
    • Developing current tools and systems to improve and streamline current department processes, learning new systems to support growth of channel
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with departments and partners, through constant interaction and providing assistance where needed.
    • Providing key administrative support to the Wholesale & Franchise function and working on ad-hoc analysis as required

    As a luxury brand every store has a bespoke package which means curating ranges, store and customer profiling and tight control over the allocations to stores.  We are a lynchpin within the company with a completely cross-functional approach that shares information and makes quick decisions that impact positively on the business.

     

    THE ROLE

     

    Working within the Wholesale & Franchise team who are responsible for the growth of the wholesale & franchise channel and store portfolio; launching with new partners and stores, creating monthly product packages to drive sell thru  and revenue targets.  Operating in a broad range of international markets you will have an affinity for product and a strong commercial awareness to ensure we deliver the strongest range possible by working closely with the Product Merchandising and Account Executives.
