  • Ensure the Brand integrity of the Company is reflected at all times.
  • Partner and coordinate Stylist pulls and process across North America
  • Ensure process is followed by Brand Elevation specialists and product is accounted for and returned timely.
  • Follow up and follow through to ensure AllSaints is credited for loaned and gifted product.
  • Monitor monthly gifting budget and follow up as needed.
  • Partner closely with Brand Ambassador to ensure all communication is streamlined.
  • Work closely with and assist Brand Ambassador and Marketing Manager with events.
  • Gather and put together weekly press review and full overview of month.
  • Daily press searches for clippings and searching for press placements
  • Aggregate all press hits and VIP tracking into the monthly press recaps and internal facing PR Marketing tracking and placements doc used for reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Represent department and post on G+ PR related content.
  • Consistently update and manage the Outstanding Press Pull document sent through by Allocation department to ensure North America inventory is accurate (excluding Bev Drive) 
  • Support Manager in communicating and updating mall marketing partners with new imagery and Brand events.
  • Coordinate all editorial pulls, manage sample distribution and returns from magazine shoots
  • Confidently lead business related conversations with store managers and zone managers relating to their goals and upcoming store initiatives 
  • Identify regional events AllSaints should partner with for Brand exposure
  • Ensure LA Studios showroom is up to date, utilize and maintain sample tracker and handle shipments that come to LA Studios.
  • Daily press outreach with mailers from UK as well as identify key story ideas and pitch stories of interest for product.
  • Gather advertising opps for onsite malls and managing required mall advertising 
  • Keep VIP top of mind and work to support in overall VIP strategy 
  • Support in outreach and on site management for special projects and events 
  • Support with influencer ambassador program, comfortable interfacing with VIPS and support with managing and upkeeping of relationships
  • Understanding of local entertainment business including duties of agent, manager and publicist 
  • Work closely with the UK based PR and Digital team, comfortable with communicating internal deadlines and support in keeping teams aligned

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Marketing/PR - experience in a fast-paced and dynamic company
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required
  • Acts with integrity at all times and is able to keep confidential information.
  • Must be proficient in Google platforms (drive, sheets, doc, slides, site, etc)
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suites, Photoshop
  • Ability to create digital invites and digitally savvy across all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.
  • Versatile and flexible; embraces change and is consistently able to develop and adapt.
  • Driven to learn and grow, grasp new concepts quickly, prioritizes efficiently and is organized
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; follows professional presentation
  • Strong follow up, follow through and attention to detail needed and ability to meet deadlines
  • Works with pace and takes initiative on projects and assignments
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize when being given multiple assignments at once
  • Must be a self-starter, energetic, and have a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
