  • Ensure the Brand integrity of the Company is reflected at all times and exemplifies Brand values when making decisions.
  • Merchandise Allocator will work closely with the UK team on planning, buying, trade review and in close partnership with the North America team.
  • Will be responsible for the merchandising function across over a varied store portfolio, developing profiling to make sure budgets and KPIs are exceeded.  
  • The Sr. Merchandise Allocator will need to tap into their entrepreneurial spirit and bring fresh ideas to the table whilst developing and pushing the team forward.  
  • Responsible for the tight control over the management of stock and have a strong background in working with WSSIs, sale forecasting and BTA’s to over deliver against the targeted sell through and EBITDA.
  • Manage inventory levels for North America channels – including Mainline, Concession and Outlet to drive and achieve sales by analyzing inventory and strategizing product plan
  • Review store budgeting and forecasting of new store openings, current store growth and store capacity for buy planning purposes.
  • Regular analysis of department performance to maximize commercial opportunities
  • Product Planning - be strategic and proactive in approach to anticipate product movement and store needs. Daily analysis of reports and suggesting IBTs and recalls stock movement. Responsible for North America product movement.
  • Analyze store performance and strategize solutions in order to maximize sales potential for region/district then execute appropriate allocation by door and development of appropriate category level plans. Work with UK team to review and action store quarterly feedback.
  • Allocation – execute and manage allocations accordingly, manual allocation and stock transfer between stores. Provide feedback from stores relative to product that is underperforming or exceeding expectations. 
  • Attend UK buy and provide feedback on product assortment and sizing from store teams.
  • Execute initial fashion flows, fashion replenishment, and transfers of products in order to maximize sales and optimize inventory.
  • Project end of season inventory by item and plan carryover items 
  • Project monthly and weekly inventory based on item history and market trend 
  • Provide weekly reports highlighting top and bottom performers and stock holdings.
  • Attend monthly walkthroughs and store visits. Visits to top stores during peak period for product support.
  • Ensuring stocks are in the right place at the right time through reviewing weekly store and best seller reports. Partner with RM/DM/RVM to ensure product is in the right place to maximize sell thru and minimizing large amount of stock moving to EOS.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and corporate partners to ensure strong communication and partnership. Partnership with UK team is key.
  • Manage continuous flow of inventory through DC in collaboration with DC partners 
  • Training: Manage and lead training of store management on reporting to elevate business acumen and performance. Train managers on use of 42 and hold scheduled training courses. Ensure stores are clear on replenishment strategies, new flows, and preparation for future events. 
  • Additional ad-hoc reporting and projects assigned as business needs arise.


  • Allocation role in retail sector is a must.
  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years in a allocation role.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to multi-task, time manage and be flexible.
  • Strong customer service attitude and ability to work with all levels of the organization from field level to executive team.
  • Ability to react quickly to a changing environment or direction, delivering results effectively and with pace.
  • Use sound judgment and make key decisions when needed. Can work independently and in a team environment.
  • Confident, proactive and able to think creatively
  • Highly proficient in Excel and Google platform
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical proficiency with strong business and financial analysis skills. Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with a willingness to flex schedule based on needs of business
