    WHAT WE DO

     

    As a Global People & Culture Team we ensure that we attract, develop and retain our people through partnering with managers throughout the brand and equip them with the tools needed to evolve our people and build a culture that inspires and engages our people.

     

    THE ROLE

     

    The role of the People Partner UK & Europe is to act as trusted advisor to your client groups, working strategically to support the leadership teams to improve business performance and support to solve complex organisational challenges through people-related solutions.

     

    This is an all around generalist role and ideal for someone looking to develop their career in international HR. You will provide expertise in the following areas: performance management, learning and development, career planning, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations and strategic development.

    In this role you will be leading a team of six including People Advisors, who are the point of contact for everyday issues in the UK and Europe across retail and corporate alongside a People & Reward Compliance Analyst and a People Administrator. You will report directly to Global People Director and alongside the Talent Acquisition Partner and Payroll & Reward Partner.

     

    WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

    • Partner with business managers to develop our people and drive a HR Strategy that will deliver results in-line with AllSaints business plans
    • Driving the business through training, development and coaching programmes
    • Help develop People strategy for each region
    • Drive operational excellence
    • Review all process and offer suggestions and solutions
    • Ensure compliance in regards to local law changes, including GDPR
    • Work with your global colleagues to ensure consistency  
    • Developing your team
    • Long range planning, benchmarking, assessing, forecasting and budgeting for manpower needs in line with future planned growth for the business, and supporting the associated recruitment process and plan in partnership with Talent Acquisition Partner
    • Supporting on wider People projects as directed by Global People Director

    WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLE?

    • Previous experience in a fast paced environment preferably Retail with proven experience as a generalist HR partner
    • Working knowledge of EU employment law
    • Operational HR experience - policy implementation, HR reporting etc.
    • Change management experience
    • Experience of training and coaching including creating content especially for retail
    • Passion for and an understanding of the AllSaints aesthetic and appreciation of the people challenges in global creative industry
    • International experience essential
    • Used to dealing in an incredibly faced paced, 24/7 environment
    • Additional language a distinct advantage
    • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions
    • Strong influencing skills
    • Solution Orientated, exceptionally well- organised, innovative problem solver
