    WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

     

    Reporting into the Global Head of Product Merchandising, the Product Manager for Non-Apparel and Licensing will:

    • Develop and implement the Product Merchandising assortment strategy for all non-apparel and licensing categories that is aligned to the growth of the brand, its goals and objectives
    • Manage financial budgets and contribute to all trading decisions, working together with cross-functional departments to achieve company goals
    • Review and plan range performance and identifying opportunities for improvement, monitoring optimum stock levels in partnership with Merchandising/Planning.
    • Working in conjunction with the Retail Merchandising team to ensure the brand commercially delivers.
    • Partner with the leadership team to ensure synergy across the brand
    • From time to time get involved in ad-hoc projects across the Merchandising team and business

     

     

    WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLE?

    • Proven track record of driving a department through creative thinking as a Product Merchandiser
    • Extensive experience working in the fashion retail industry dealing with non-apparel and licensed product categories
    • Experience of working in a fast paced, innovative, digital brand
    • Extensive knowledge of global markets, including Europe, America and Asia   
    • Strong commercial aptitude and a trading mentality
    • Ability to lead, manage and develop a team
    • Strong organisational skills, able to use initiative, and be agile in a fast paced and ever changing environment
    • Able to communicate at all levels within the brand in a professional way
    • Excellent time management and organisational skills whilst able to prioritise work load accordingly
    • A team player who is collaborative in their approach
