  • WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

    Based out our warehouse in Larkfield, Kent, the Warehouse Supervisor supports with the day to day running of our Ecommerce fulfilment, ensuring the smooth selection and processing of our customer's orders.

     

    WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

    • Organising staff for the start of their shift
    • Supervising Team making sure staff are always in the right area
    • Training temporary staff for Peak
    • Helping meet daily targets through Peak (premium shipping deadlines, ensuring ND orders are fulfilled)
    • Generating batches of customer orders through Enrich
    • Helping with Zen desk
    • Resolving any picking, enrich issues with IT.
    • Daily Stationery stock counting

    WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLE?

    • Proven experience of supervising Ecommerce fullfilment schedules and activites would be preferrable but not essential
    • Computer literate is ideal, as a business you will be using Google for Work
    • Self motivated to achieve accuracy and speed in your work
    • Able to work on your own as well as lead a team of both permanent and temportary staff
    • Good communicator
    • Goal orientated – to drive productiving and achieve customer and business SLAs
    • Strive to achieve - to do things better and to aim and strive to achieve the best result possible
    • Communication – to communicate with others clearly, effectively and with respect  
    • Follow instruction – to follow reasonable management instructions
    • Proactive – to think ahead and act accordingly
    • Personal presentation – to which your personal presentation is in line with the expectations of the business  
    • Reliability – to attend work on time to a level that meets expectations and allows for you to be relied upon
    • Good working methods – the ability to create a well-organised work environment by means of good time management and the monitoring/checking of the accuracy of work/information
