  • WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

    THE ROLE

     

    The Digital Partnerships Marketing Executive reports to the Head of Digital Concessions and will be responsible for how our brand is portrayed across all digital partner sites, liaising with partners to secure marketing activity, manage and plan all planned partner activity, and being the main point of call both internally and externally for all partner websites, in order to further drive trade and reach brand consistency goals.

     

    WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

     

    • Have specific & focused responsibility for key projects and assigned accounts in the global partnership portfolio
    • Plan, develop and implement an annual calendar of activity for the accounts within your remit in order to drive footfall, sales and brand awareness
    • Be accountable for the annual wholesale marketing calendar - planning, creating and executing engaging, appropriate and timely events and activities and evaluating their success
    • Be a key point of contact for selected global third party territories supporting sales team members of the Digital Concessions and Wholesale divisions
    • Be responsible for the marketing launch of new partnership accounts into both new and existing territories
    • Deliver wholesale market visits in order to drive your local market knowledge, establish an understanding of the marketing opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders
    • Seasonal Campaign Management - Take the lead on key elements of seasonal campaigns online ensuring robust planning, timely delivery and full evaluation of each activity
    • Plan, deliver and evaluate the communications campaign to support seasonal & ad hoc projects in line with own site
    • Enforce project planning, critical paths, budget and purchase order management, supplier management & post analysis to ensure timely planning and smooth execution of each activity
    • Monitor how our brand is portrayed across all partner and third party sites – Here at AllSaints “Brand is King” and it is important we retain brand integrity across all channels
    • Manage third party brand shops, working in partnership with the relevant managers for each partner to ensure consistent messaging across sites and in line with own site
    • Manage PPC activity across partners, maintaining a close bond with relevant contacts
    • Working alongside retail merch, marketing/PR and product merch teams, manage the roll out of exclusive ranges

    WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLE?

    • Highly organised and efficient with ‘can do’ proactive attitude
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, some copywriting skills preferred but not essential
    • Advanced knowledge of IT packages
    • Current wholesale marketing experience, managing third party relationships
    • Excellent understanding of the market and competitive environment
    • Awareness of innovative developments within the fashion, media and entertainment industry of potential relevance to the business
    • Relationship management skills
