    • Brand experience - Client first, product knowledge (yours and the team’s), digital thinking, CRM and embodying the status "Brand Ambassador".
    • Relationship management - customer, team, brand, community and host
    • Team management - Recruitment, development and scheduling
    • Training - Weekly sessions, team development plans, store succession plans and the onbranding of new colleagues
    • HR policy management - Grooming & wardrobe, disciplinary actions
    • Visual merchandising - Planning and executing floor moves (potentially overnight), maintaining and developing floor sets
    • Time management - Scheduling, prioritising task and delegating accordingly (right people, right place)
    • Operations - Profit protection, Health & Safety and the management of stock in and out of the business
    • Business ownership - KPI review, (Conversion, ATV, UPT), market specific analysis and action






    Central London is our biggest global market attracting over 2.3 million customers each year. We have stores in Covent Garden, Market Place as well as our flagship store on Regent Street and menswear and womenswear concessions in Selfridges London. The area is supported by a team of 150 with store trading hours typically ranging from 09.30 in the morning until 22.00 in the evening. All stores are located in TFL Zone one. Bond Street, Covent Garden, Oxford Circus and Piccadilly Circus stations are all short walking distances from stations to stores.
