We are a design thinking department looking to revolutionize the merchandising process that does not conform and challenges the traditional approach. As the industry and retail landscape evolves so do we and the way we approach “right stock, right place, right time”.
As a premium brand every store has a bespoke package which means curating ranges, store and customer profiling and tight control over the allocations to stores. We are a lynchpin within the company with a completely cross-functional approach that shares information and makes quick decisions that impact positively on the business.
Working within the merchandising team who are responsible for the merchandising function across over a varied store portfolio, developing profiling to make sure budgets and KPIs are exceeded. You will have tight control over the management of stock and have a strong background in working with WSSIs, sale forecasting and BTA’s to over deliver against the targeted sell through and EBITDA.
You will have an affinity for product and a strong commercial awareness to ensure we deliver the strongest range possible by working closely with the Product Merchandising and retail teams.
What Will I Be Doing
This role will be based at our London Head Office where you will be overseeing the North America area.
