    The Role


    Working within the merchandising team who are responsible for the merchandising function across over a varied store portfolio, developing profiling to make sure budgets and KPIs are exceeded.  You will have tight control over the management of stock and have a strong background in working with WSSIs, sale forecasting and BTA’s to over deliver against the targeted sell through and EBITDA.

    You will have an affinity for product and a strong commercial awareness to ensure we deliver the strongest range possible by working closely with the Product Merchandising and retail teams.


    What Will I Be Doing


    • Working closely with peers to help create a best in class merch function
    • Help to deliver the planned sales and profitability of the department by managing and optimising the categories through effective planning and trading
    • Regular analysis of department performance to maximise commercial opportunities.
    • Working in conjunction with the Product Merchandising team to ensure the brand commercially delivers
    • Develop current systems and processes that are in place and be instrumental in implementing best practices.
    • Building relationships across the brand and external partners.


    This role will be based at our London Head Office where you will be overseeing the North America area.


    • Extensive experience working in the fashion retail industry, ideally within the premium sector, dealing with multiple products categories
    • Able to demonstrate a commercial aptitude and pragmatic approach to working
    • Stock management skills are essential as is having established your experience working with WSSIs, sales forecasting and BTAs.  
    • Strong organisational skills, able to use initiative, and be agile in a fast paced and ever changing environment
    • Able to communicate at all levels within the brand in a professional way
    • Ability to lead, manage and develop a team
    • Excellent time management and organisational skills whilst able to prioritise work load accordingly
    • An energetic, can do and positive attitude
    • Remains calm under pressure and leads by example
    • Advanced Excel skills
