    The Product Development team is key to the Product Creation process, combining expertise with passion to bring product to life. We are a Dynamic team with a great work ethic together with strong team spirit that ​makes working at AllSaints as a Product Development Assistant a unique experience.  
    The successful candidate will be expected to deliver the highest calibre of work, taking products from conception through to production. This will require an exceptional assistant product development skillset, with an eagerness to learn as well as the passion and drive to develop innovative, market leading products.  

    The Role:
    • Working to support the Development Team in all aspects of the development programme
    • Support the development team with ownership of the category and range
    • Attending fittings of products allocated to the developer with assistance from senior colleagues
    • Lad dips requesting and filing
    • Maintain product tech packs on PLM system
    • Help manage the Wear Testing programme
    • Collate and document feedback forms
    • Full support of the Development Team as and when required (multi-collection, multi-products)
    • Assist in the research and evaluation of new fabric and print applications
    • Maintain trim and artwork development and communicate to factories
    • CP Management
    • Sets up and accurately update and maintain the departments tracking sheets (supplier CP, sketches/ packs out, colour approvals, fit status, samples, costs, fabric & trims etc). 
    • Oversees all sample management. 
    • Leads the weekly tracking meeting for current styles / deliveries. 
    • Chasing all delivery dates to the CP. 
    • Management of style file deadlines to ensure style file information is input in line with the business deadlines. 
    • Management of PD packs for supplier visits/meetings. 
    • Builds and maintains good relationships with head office teams (design, technical, production, and merchandising). 
    • Liaising with vendors  and ensuring good relationships are maintained. 
    • Arrange travel as required. 
    • Administrative filing where required. 
    • Arranging couriers where necessary. 
    • PD digital file maintenance.  
    • Assists with completing open costing sheets. 
    • Seasonal reporting on department and vendor performance as required.   
    • Chases cost prices, works out the margins, enter onto trackers. 
    • Ensure the buying docs are kept up to date and accurate with the latest cost prices & delivery dates. 
    • Highlights key areas of concern to the Product Developer.   
    • Provide cover & support for the Product Developer: fit sessions, tracking meetings, etc as required.


    • A Graduate, ideally with a degree in fashion
    • Approximately 5 years’ experience
    • Knowledge of pattern cutting and construction
    • Passionate, determined and supportive team player
    • Excellent time management skills
    • A process driven mind-set
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Profficient with MS Office
