    • Work strategically to achieve and exceed seasonal and annual sales targets
    • Establish and build relationships with Wholesale Buyers and maintain daily communication regarding orders, shipping updates and how to continue to drive the business to achieve plan. Account executive will be the point of contact and take ownership of accounts.
    • Partner with the Director of Wholesale to build seasonal client budgets, and propose and execute business strategies to maximize overall sales growth and sell through results
    • Maintain knowledge of sales and market trends with the industry.  Provide leadership team with ongoing feedback about competition and collection performance
    • Manage weekly/seasonal selling analysis, OTB management and showroom presentation
    • Responsible for setting market appointments, selling the collection, providing buyers with strong feedback and direction on collections and trends.  Subsequently review and eventually modify orders in line with the company’s strategy. Manage orders from beginning to end.
    • Monitor weekly selling and sell through and provide buyers with regular feedback on competitive performance. Be strategic in feedback to ensure performance targets are met.
    • Ownership of training clinics in key markets. Travel to top top doors to execute Product and Visual Standards training.
    • Partner with Account Regionals to ensure the AllSaints brand message is reaching all doors
    • Compile and maintain booking reports for all markets
    • Confirm seasonal ad looks with Director of Sales and Buying teams

    1. 5 - 7 years of Wholesale sales experience
    2. Existing solid relationships with key US Departments stores; including but not limited to, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Neiman Marcus
    3. Strong understanding and knowledge of the Non-Apparel business
    4. Strong comprehension of retail math and sales planning
    5. Proficient in Excel; V-Lookup, Pivot Tables
    6. Versatile and flexible; embraces change and is consistently able to develop and adapt to the needs of the business
    7. Driven to learn and grow, grasp new concepts quickly, prioritizes efficiently and is organized
    8. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; follows professional presentation
    9. Strong follow up, follow through and attention to detail needed, shows initiative, ability to meet deadlines
    10. Exercises sound judgement and maintains composure with both internal and external partners
    11. Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
    12. Weekly local store visits, travel during peak seasons and possible overnight travel
