  • WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

    An exciting opportunity to join the AllSaints digital family at a time of great growth, you will work closely and report directly into the Digital Production Manager.

     

    As part of an expanding editorial team of international writers within AllSaints’ Ecommerce department, you will represent the voice of the AllSaints brand to our Spanish and South American customer.  You will be responsible for translating the AllSaints online platform for a Spanish-speaking audience, as well as creating engaging copy, across the website and digital marketing.

     

    You will understand the AllSaints tone of voice and be able to translate it seamlessly for a native audience, aware of the differences between our Spanish, South American and English audiences.

     

    Some of your key responsibilities will include ownership of the Spanish and South American site copy, writing and uploading product descriptions, completing editorial content to strict deadlines and working cross-functionally with the marketing team to support activity in Spanish-speaking markets. Proactive thinking and organisation of exciting content specific to the Spanish-speaking markets are also to be expected.

     

    • Ensure the upload of content pages using the in-house CMS is completed in a timely and accurate manner, and manage the translation of the current site content into Spanish for our EU and South American platforms.
    • Update the social media and weekly email copy and work cross-functionally with the marketing team to support any copy needs including PR and communication materials.
    • Ensuring the upload of new product descriptions using the in-house CMS is completed in a timely and accurate manner and follows the AllSaints tone of voice.
    • Own and manage the ongoing Spanish and South American sites maintenance regularly.
    • Ensure the AllSaints tone of voice is accurate, informative and consistent throughout the site.
    • Reinterpret the brand voice for the Spanish-speaking audience whilst maintaining an entirely native tone.
    • Liaising with the copy team on tonality of copy across the site, and with the Digital Production Manager to ensure all pages are in place before they launch on site, and dealing with ad hoc translation requests.
    • Supporting the Digital Commerce and Marketing teams in any ad hoc projects

    WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLE?

    • Is a Native Spanish-speaker and fluent in English.
    • Has previous experience in copywriting and/or translations and transcreation, preferably for a fashion brand.
    • A good communication level in English.
    • Is able to use Microsoft Office and CMS systems. Any knowledge in HTML and CSS is a plus.
    • Proactive and able to think creatively when problem solving.
    • Communicates with others clearly, effectively and with respect.
    • Strives to achieve and drive the best results possible for the brand.
    • Excellent time management and organisational skills whilst able to prioritise workload accordingly.
    • Demonstrates the brand values and promotes them within our office.
    • Excellent team player who is collaborative in their approach.
    • Reliable and acts in a timely manner.
