  • WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

    As the People & Culture Administrator for AllSaints you will be assisting both the People and Talent teams in every aspect of their day to day roles. This can range from maintaining and ensuring efficient and accurate HR and Recruitment administration and database management, providing a high level of service and support for our internal employees as well as ensuring all external applicants looking to join AllSaints receive an amazing Brand Experience.

     

     WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

     

    • Assisting and supporting the day to day running of the People and Talent Teams
    • Assist with maintaining our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and regularly updating our HR systems; ensuring efficient and accurate data entry (TMS)
    • Support with reporting administration
    • Assisting the People & Culture Advisors with any HR ops queries or administration; including creating contracts, offer and amendment letters and any other ad hoc documentation
    • Supporting in note taking for formal meetings when required
    • Filing, maintaining records and general organisation within the team
    • Partnering with the Senior People & Culture Advisor to assist the Talent team with Peak Retail Recruitment and key head office roles
    • Screening CVs, arranging interviews, conducting telephone screenings with candidates and supporting with organising assessment centres
    • Building relationships and working collaboratively with all teams and departments within the business to ensure we are providing the very best support to deliver business goals
    • Tracking and reporting recruitment activity
    • Attend relevant retail and recruitment networking events
    • Assisting the Global People, Culture and Corporate Affairs Director when required
    • Any ad-hoc activities as required

    • Excellent administrative and analytical skills; able to pick up new processes quickly
    • Highly organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise a heavy workload with tight deadlines
    • Efficient and able to work at a fast pace with varied tasks
    • A confident communicator who is able to work autonomously as well as being a team player
    • Detail orientated, with a proactive approach to all aspects of work – a ‘can do’ attitude
    • High standard of ethics, integrity and confidentiality
    • Passionate with an understanding of AllSaints Brand Values
    • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on new challenges and give anything a go
    • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office, Excel and Google skills
