    The Benefits and Worker’s Compensation Administrator will be responsible for the overseeing and supervision of the day to day Benefits and Leave programs throughout AllSaints North America, with the support of the People and Culture team. Key responsibilities include, managing and coordinating all communication, enrolling, and monitoring of the Group Insurance plans, reconciliations, plan modifications, new hire enrollments, life event changes, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Payroll deductions, and all other Benefit functions.

    • Participate in the strategy and selection of new or changes to the company’s benefit plans, policies and programs.
    • Assist with employee data management on the HR system to ensure existing and new benefit programs as well as participants are properly set-up within the system.
    • Ensures that all company sponsored plans are in compliance with all relevant ERISA, DOL, HHC, ACA, IRS, OSHA, DOT and state and local requirements.
    • Responsible for conducting and submitting non-discrimination tests and ACA reporting.
    • Manage required notice distribution, Form 5500, non-discrimination testing, audits of benefits plans & deductions, plan amendments and plan documents, compliance, OSHA reporting, and ensuring reporting requirements are met timely in conjunction with the Benefits broker and Worker’s Compensation team.
    • Reviews and analyzes changes to state and federal laws pertaining to benefits, and reports necessary or suggested changes to management.
    • Oversee and manage leave of absences (disability, parental leave, etc.) and work accommodations. Partner with HR partners on interactive process.
    • Determine eligibility and manage FMLA leaves of absence in accordance with federal and state guidelines, which includes coordination with employees, managers, People and Culture team, Payroll Manager by reviewing and assessing submitted documentation; Make recommendations regarding FMLA approvals and monitor and track approved leaves.
    • Provide training to reporting staff and management staff by meeting with staff to explain policies, procedures, and laws, as well as evaluating the performance of reporting staff in order to understand the requirements of the job.
    • Implement approved new plans and changes by preparing announcement material, booklets, and other media for communicating new plans to employees. Prepare and execute benefit documentation and notices as needed.
    • Develop communication tools to enhance understanding of the company’s benefits plans and programs.
    • Oversight of benefit brokers, insurance carriers, record-keepers, trustees, and other administrative and/or legislative agencies.
    • Partner with HR Team to bring closure to highly complex benefit escalations/issues.
    • Document new processes and keep existing documentation current.
    • Oversee the Health and Benefits Annual enrollment periods and COBRA programs. Use predictive analytics to assess impact, provide insights that drive benefits value and design considerations.
    • Generates reports concerning personnel information by assembling data from HRIS, in order to respond to requests for personnel information, and to monitor the status of benefits and leave actions; taking appropriate action as required.
    • Oversee the “orientation” of new hires through conducting meetings to educate newly-hired employees as to various benefits.
    • Manage Flexible Spending Account (FSA) program by processing enrollments, deductions and changes. Partner closely with Payroll Manager.
    • Complete all necessary Disability Claim Forms for Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability.
    • Assist in Ad Hoc projects and other personnel functions as required




    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • Must have minimum of 3 years of benefits administration experience, including both Health & Welfare & Retirement Plans
    • Knowledge of benefits related laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, COBRA, HIPAA, etc.).
    • Proficient in Excel (v-lookup, conditional formatting, fuzzy lookup) Knowledge of general report writing and ability to prepare reports.
    • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to individuals both verbally and in writing
    • Ability to understand, explain and apply the laws, rules, regulations and policies with all levels of the team.
    • Ability to analyze and determine the applicability of data to draw conclusions and make solid recommendations.
    • Ability to write concisely and develop ideas in a logical sequence.
    • Must have detailed knowledge of benefit regulations.
    • Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities
