  • WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

    Reporting into the E-Commerce Manager and working within the Digital Content Team, this person will be responsible of the organisational and operational aspects of the product on site, focused around all regions.

     

    WHAT WILL I BE DOING

     

    • Working closely with Studio and Merchandising to plan and upload product onto the site.
    • Ensure all pages across Allsaints are beautifully and strategically merchandised to support the buy and wider business goals.
    • Conduct daily audits of the site to check depth/ high exposure product is being surfaced and attractively presented whilst making sure everything is correctly classified and merchandised.
    • Work with visual merchandising tools to ensure products are merchandised to maximize sales potential.
    • Weekly merchandising of static on-site custom lists (i.e.Bestsellers, Outlet & Sub categories)
    • Report on the performance of assigned category, feed-back actionable insights and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Merchandise product from mailers according to briefs.
    • Weekly site monitoring and audits.
    • Responsible for tagging all product classifications onsite.

    WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLE?

    • To have a previous experience working in a fast paced retail/ ecom environment.
    • To have a strong eye for detail and organisational skills.
    • Market and customer focus - a solid understanding of online competition and the online customer.
    • Computer literate, preferably with knowledge of website systems and analytics tools.
    • Flexible, proactive and able to show initiative.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines.
