    Our Product Merchandising team works hand-in-hand with our Retail Merchandising Team, helping to deliver the best selection of AllSaints product to all of our more than 200 stores worldwide. The Product Merchandising function focuses on the product lifecycle ensuring that deadlines and lead-times are adhered to whilst always looking to improve Intake Margin by working closely with our In-House design and Product Development team.

    We are also responsible for comparative shopping and market analysis, benchmarking the brand against competitors and being aware of market price fluctuation and trends. Always being strategic thinkers and forward planners in everything we do.

    As Product Merchandising Administrative Assistant, you will work within the Product Merchandising team and report directly to the Head of Product Merchandising. You will work cross-functionally with the Retail Merchandising, Global Sourcing Offices, Design, Tech and Product Development whilst keeping up to date all delivery schedules, buy assortments and various product trackers.

    You will have a keen eye for product and a track record of accuracy. You will be responsible for ensuring that all product is selected carefully, based on sales history and current trends whilst mindfully managing the product life-cycle from the sample process through to all AllSaints stores.

    • Managing and maintaining systems with extremely high level of accuracy
    • Managing product data entry in assortment plans, including costs, retails, seasonal themes, and purchase order numbers
    • Preparing and analysing weekly sales reports using Excel pivot tables and macros for the Merchandising team
    • Compiling and publishing weekly product intake reports 
    • Communicate product delivery dates to Digital Marketing teams to ensure in store availability for products highlighted in marketing assets
    • Assist with preparation and analysis of sales history to build seasonal range plans
    • Coordinate and support all administration duties related to market preparation for the merchandising team 
    • Partner with internal photo studio to ensure all samples are photographed during market and maintained in seasonal photo archive to use in buy documents
    • Create picture range boards as visual supplements to buy assortments
    • Owning sample management process (Tracking, Ordering & Maintaining) for Digital, VM and Press samples
    • Maintain team calendar to ensure key dates and deadlines are highlighted
    • Deliver any ad hoc administration and assistant duties to ensure smooth running of the team



    • Experience working for a commercial vertical fashion retailer at a product merchandising level
    • A natural ability to manipulate data to produce reports with accuracy and efficiency 
    • An ability to understand the priorities of retail and head office functions 
    • Able to understand and appreciate the design aesthetic of AllSaints
    • A meticulous approach to organisation and state of the art timekeeping to manage teams workload and deadlines 
    • Attention to detail is key as this is a fast paced role, so a sharp eye is essential 
    • An analytical approach combined with a track record of accuracy illustrated though previous experience
    • Team player who collaborates and communicates effectively at all levels 
    • Strives to achieve and drive the best results possible for the brand
    • An intense passion for commerce/product, with a natural commercial instinct
    • Ability to be flexible over working hours during market and peak periods
    • A strong aptitude in Retail Math
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, confessing to be an Excel geek - e.g Vlookups
