  • WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

    We’re looking for an experienced Head of Performance Marketing to lead performance marketing for AllSaints globally, ensuring the right customers are seeing the right message at the right time, with a relentless focus on measurement, rigour and ROI.  The ideal candidate will have a significant, ever-increasing marketing budget to transform the way we engage with customers, as part of a wider strategy to deliver ecommerce growth globally.

     

    With natural strong leadership qualities, the role holder will drive efficiency and continuous growth, leading our Performance Marketing team as we scale and expand into new markets.  Our new Head of will develop the digital 'cross funnel strategy', and take operations for our performance channels to the next level, in order to drive significant growth in traffic and revenue.

     

    This person will create the strategy and oversee all operations for Performance Marketing channels (PPC, SEO, Display, Paid Social, and CRM) for AllSaints.com, as well as our new mobile app, managing and optimising across all paid channels for the UK and International businesses.  They will ensure high cross-channel performance and results, exceed profitability, traffic, and new customer growth targets in all markets, and define an effective acquisition strategy to promote user engagement and transactions.

     

    As a passionate team leader, the Head of Performance Marketing will manage and mentor a team of performance marketing experts (Performance Marketing Manager, SEO Manager and CRM Manager); ensuring goals and objectives are clearly defined and subsequently, continuously review performance.

    WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLE?

    The new Head of Performance Marketing will need to be able to demonstrate they can deliver traffic targets to deliver revenue targets, lead planning, and define and deliver the SEO strategic roadmap (including all content and technical elements).  They will show the delivery of the affiliate plan globally, implement a successful customer segmentation strategy, and improve and scale our display and targeting programmes. Confidence in business facing situations is critical, as will be the ability to influence the business and key stakeholders effectively.  Regular communication will be needed in all directions; providing reports and updates on all of the applicable areas, as well as leading and making recommendations for improvement.

    The ideal candidate will be experienced in leading, developing, and mentoring their direct reports, and also developing ongoing relationships with Google and Facebook.

     

    The knowledge and experience we need our new Head of Performance Marketing to have is:

     

    • Demonstrable expertise of leading strategy and execution of multiple performance marketing channels for a top-tier digital consumer brand, ideally at European or Global level
    • Proven track record of driving significant growth through the deployment of a best in class testing programme and workflow
    • Experience managing a team of performance marketing and data specialists
    • Ability to drive operational efficiency through agile management and automation
    • Experience deploying an effective customer segmentation and audience targeting strategy
    • Strong understanding of bidding technology as it relates to SEM, programmatic display buying, retargeting, ad servers, data feeds, tagging solutions, etc.
    • Expertise in advanced data querying and programming tools such as SQL, Hive, Python and analytics and data visualisation tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau, etc.)
    • Evidence of influencing and challenging key business decisions at senior level and cross functionally; ability to create and present a data driven rationale and business case
