WHAT WE DO
As a Global People & Culture Team we ensure that we attract, develop and retain our people through partnering with managers throughout the brand and equip them with the tools needed to evolve our people and build a culture that inspires and engages our people.
In this role, you will create and shape our people strategy across our head office and UK/EU retail client groups and build credible relationships as you and your team partner with our directors and senior leaders. You’ll lead our team of five people advisors, so strong ER skills as well as an interest in EU and UK employment law will be an advantage.
We’re also embarking on a big programme of culture change, so you’ll develop our engagement approach and strategy, lead on the development of our values and coach leaders on how to get the best from their talented teams. It’s a brilliant hybrid of an operational and strategic role and would suit an experienced people partner looking for the experience of developing culture and partnering at senior level to have a real business impact. You’ll be a key part of our people leadership team and report to our Global People Director.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Lead, coach and develop our advisor team to create a commercial and credible people service
Implement a business partnering model that works for us and our customers
Organisation design and change implementation within a growing business - ensuring resource is aligned to our strategy
Develop leadership toolkit and drive regular talent and performance reviews as well as succession plans
Run talent and performance calibration and review processes
Coach and act as a trusted partner to directors and senior leaders around the business
Long range planning, benchmarking, assessing, forecasting and budgeting for people needs in line with future planned growth for the business, and supporting the associated recruitment process and plan in partnership with Talent Acquisition Manager and team
Supporting on wider People projects as directed by Global People Director
