Peak is the term we use to identify our busiest period of trade. We build our business steadily all year, so it literally peaks in November and December.
During these two months (which equate to 16% of the full calendar year), recorded footfall amounts to 25% of our annual total and sales on average amount to 30% of our annual total.
It’s an exciting time of the year but there can be no mistake that it is a challenging time of the year. This having been said the rewards of starting a career in peak with AllSaints can be vast.
We have so many examples of current team, across all channels of the business, who joined as a stylist during peak trade who have gone on to forge careers in other fields.
Lauren Cosgrove who joined us in Peak ‘14 now supports our visual field team as Area Visual Merchandiser.
Kane Sutton who joined us in Peak ‘10 is now our Franchise Account Executive for the Middle East.
Pippa Calver who joined us in Peak ‘11 now manages one of our highest profile stores.
These are just three of many examples, proving that a stylist role in Peak proving that “this is only the beginning”.
We are an Equal Opportunity employer and we very much look forward to hearing from you.
