  • WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

    • You’ll be the first touch point in the client relationship with brand during our peak trading season
    • We have our recruitment targets and you will be key to our success in hitting these targets
    • Attracting to role, the right candidate.  AllSaints is a business like no other and it’s not right for everyone, you will need to assess suitable candidacy
    • Managing all “Holiday Stylist” applications as they come in, screening candidacy and managing application based on candidate experience, skill and role requirement
    • Working with hiring managers to ensure all ATS back end admin is being managed, meeting business and client expectation
    • We need to make sure our candidate experience matches our consumer experience, everyone is a client of the brand and you will support this by making sure everyone is in the right place to be interviewed at the right time
    • Supporting team talent by making sure the critical path is maintained and that everyone is on track for success
    • We will all be hands on in peak and you will need to make sure that all new starters are where they need to be for their introduction to brand
    • You will be accountable for our team travel and accommodation process.  Helping our new starters be where they need to be, comfortably and with ease (and within budget)

    WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLE?

    • Excellent organisational skills - supporting a team of three, supporting a team of over 1500
    • Quick to learn and adapt to new challenges.  Our business moves at pace and often the game plan will change at short notice
    • The ability to be discreet and handle confidential information appropriately
    • A keen eye for detail with exceptional communication skills

    EXPERIENCE

     

    • We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our team
    • Previous experience using an ATS is beneficial but not essential
    • You will have worked for a retailer and will understand what good looks like in recruiting

    As we head into our winter peak at AllSaints the retail talent team are looking for some extra support in order to make sure we can meet an increase in footfall to our stores throughout November and December.  

     

    The retail talent team are responsible for recruitment, development and engagement in the UK and EU, introducing and welcoming new starters to brand. This peak we will welcome approximately 300 “Holiday Stylists”

     

    To help our retail teams provide an incredible in-store brand experience, we will be reviewing a high volume of applications and supporting with the management of interview sessions and arranging in store training sessions. We will be make sure every candidate leaves with a great candidate experience with AllSaints.
