  • WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

    The Studio Production Manager is an exciting role managing all content production at our busy East London Photo Studio.  Reporting to the Global Director of Visual Merchandising you will manage the workflow of a fast paced studio delivering all Ecommerce assets for AllSaints.com and our Global Wholesale and Digital Concession Partners.  With the support of our talented and passionate studio team you will lead the end to end production process from establishing the brief to the final delivery of quality assets. This role will suit a very organised and efficient team leader with experience and skill to drive change and build on our existing model.  

     

    What Will I Be Doing

     

    • Lead the Studio Shoot Production establishing priorities and meeting the brands needs on workflow.
    • Establishing and commit to deadlines that work across the business including Wholesale & Concessions Partners alongside AllSaints.com.
    • Lead in house Retouch team to meet Post Production delivery deadlines,  collaborating with the E Commerce Art Director on quality and consistency of assets.  
    • Articulate clear goals to in-house and freelance teams.
    • Working with the Senior Stylist and Art Director to source and book models and freelance supporting talent running casting sessions and preparing proposal for the Chief Creative Director.  
    • Lead, manage and grow the Studio Team to enable development and identify where growth and support  is needed.
    • Responsible for Studio Budget,  establishing the most efficient workflow, driving daily shoot targets,  tracking expenditure and negotiating fees to control costs.
    • Offer Studio resources for departmental collaboration with Design, Merch, Wholesale and the Creative teams.
    • Support the studio team in their work ensuring on brand/high level of production.
    • Image upload delivery to AllSaints.com and partners via FTP systems and Google Drive.
    • Be a brand ambassador for external suppliers such as model agencies, talent agents, studios and production companies.
    • Logging and tracking Studio Image uploads and shoot progress. Communicating across multiple departments.
    • Creating and maintaining image databases for Global access to Studio imagery.
    • Responsible for Studio reporting and ensuring daily updates are made.  
    • Present shoot schedules to the team and keep freelance teams updated.
    • Supporting Studio Team development by understanding KPIs and focus the team on delivering those goals.
    • Establish strong lines of communication and build relationships with key departments connected to product lifecycle supporting the Studio.

     

    WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLE?

    • Excellent organisational skills, able to respond and be proactive, timely, cooperative and accommodating
    • Experience managing fashion and still life production in a studio and on location.
    • Knowledge and experience of booking and sourcing models and the supporting freelance talent.  
    • Strong background and experience in Retouching/ post-production. Advanced experience using Photoshop to support ad-hoc projects and image delivery.
    • Computer literate - able to use Google Drive applications.
    • Experience in balancing creative needs with business strategy and financial responsibility.  Managing multiple projects
    • Great communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships effectively across several stakeholders in a global organization.
    • Technical understanding with the running of a studio equipment and maintenance
    • Possess excellent analytical skills and bring a strong focus on business results and operational efficiency.
    • Collaborative and positive in your approach with ability to manage multiple projects.  
    • Experience understanding of the studio production process from beginning to end.
