We are looking for a highly organised & experienced Technical Operations Analyst, with particular experience in the retail & e-commerce industry. The position will require the successful candidate to collect and communicate key performance data in relation to the technology services within AllSaints internal systems & third party systems, ensuring the smooth running of these systems from a data integrity, performance & relationship management focus.
This is a quantitative and qualitative analysis role with an operational focus, supporting the business to make informed decisions and to make the best use of the technical systems that we use.
Therefore, the successful candidate will regularly review existing & new service providers as part of the service life cycle whilst also maintaining a strong relationship with key technology suppliers and partners to ensure maximum benefit is realised from these systems. This role will also be key in any service transition, ensuring that new vendors are integrated into applicable AllSaints processes and procedures in a robust and reliable way.
