    • Working collaboratively with your store managers, creative visual and product merchandising teams you will plan ahead, creating monthly visual floor-sets which emphasise our beautiful collections through our incredible in-store environments, whilst maintaining specific trade focus

    WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLE?

    • Relevant retail management experience and has managed an annual gross turnover of at least £3million per year
    • Demonstrates exceptional product knowledge, selling skills and is able to coach
    • Supports store management with the creation a fun and aspirational in store atmosphere that encourages customers to shop at AllSaints
    • Natually influences the store management to create a visually exciting store that shows our collection at its best and most commercial
    • Ability to create and communicate a clear business strategy that links to the brand and the retail strategy
    • Motivates and inspires teams through energetic approach and clear communication as well as setting realistic but stretching goals
    • Full understanding and experience with business KPI's - specifically Conversion, UPT and in-store digital sales, with ability to set realistic but business enhancing targets. 
    • Is an expert in their market - understands competitors, customers and the environment in which their stores trade, encouraging store management to build realtionships with external support functions. 
    • Plans ahead and anticipates opportunities and risks
    • Builds strong relationships with head office, store teams to create the AllSaints culture
    • Attracts and recruits a high calibre of talent
    • Proactive and ongoing team development that grows the talent for the business – takes responsibility and ownership of succession planning and supports global growth
    • Knowledgeable and confident in managing teams in line with company guidelines and legal requirements
    • Ensures effective use of payroll through intelligent team scheduling that delivers the brand experience and budgets
    • Breeds a culture that ensures everyone is accountable for health and safety and responds to issues quickly and effectively
    • Ensures highly effective stockroom and replen operation in all stores

    Our District Manager, Maternity cover will be responsible for the success of the buisness and our people across the Midlands area in the UK. The area welcomes more than 600,000 customers each year to our stores and is supported by a team of 65. With a gross annual turn over of over £7milllon, the area is a significant element of our total UK retail business.
