    The Global Creative VM team create a commercially viable and innovative visual merchandising concept.  To deliver display and product placement solutions for all product launches. As a team of 8 we work closely with the Design, Merchandising, Brand Experience and Retail functions to effectively communicate key messages from the brand calendar.  We support stores and VM teams globally and work with them to ensure that the information we provide is timely, accurate and thorough. We get to work across multi facet teams to help bring the creative vision to life!


    The Creative Visual Merchandising Coordinator is a dynamic role, operating within the Global Creative VM department. Reporting the Head of VM Planning and Strategy, supporting both the Head Office and Field VM teams you will be ensuring that the highest standards are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.


    You will be responsible for creating digital directives illustrating layout disciplines, floor sets and window formats for a global roll out as well as visual guidelines for stores aligned to the AllSaints brand strategy.


    • Develop a clear and concise format for communicating monthly visual merchandising digital guidelines to stores.  
    • Photographing and documenting stores for directives and VM Updates.
    • Monitor and maintain POS budget tracker, identifying opportunities to save the business money and building strong relationships with external suppliers.
    • Create digital images of future window schemes and floor sets for proposal.
    • To build and grow relationships within the infrastructure of AllSaints.
    • Achieve a thorough understanding of all seasonal concepts from inspiration to placement.
    • Coordinate the Creative VM samples pack for directive production and floor planning.
    • Embrace any ad-hoc projects from time to time.  
    • A natural eye for developing and managing a global database which will create the internal layout and window formats for all stores.
    • Manage and maintain the team drive and diary, ensuring all folders are up to date.


    • Previous experience already working within a VM or Retail capacity.
    • Brilliant knowledge of Adobe Suite, SketchUp and AutoCAD. Photoshop and Excel skills need to be excellent.
    • A creative individual with a flair for store and POS design.
    • You are professional and can exceed in a fast paced environment with integrity and energy.
    • Creative problem solver and able to think quick on your feet whilst managing and prioritising your time accordingly.
    • Ability to manage multiple VM projects with an understanding of budget allocations with super motivation.
    • Excellent communications skills with the ability to follow direction and work with confidence in a team.
    • Strong organisational skills, and experience in handling day-to-day office administration and multiple calendars
    • Embrace any ad-hoc projects from time to time.  
    • Attention to detail is your middle name.
    • A flare for building and growing relationships across all levels.
    • Experience in Photography would be a bonus.
    • Flexibility in terms of working hours.
