  • WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

    As a digital brand, our Ecommerce team is at the beating heart of an exciting time in the brand’s history. The Digital Commerce department’s aim is to deliver not only a great online shopping experience across all platforms, but to constantly evolve, innovate and create a stand-out brand experience on AllSaints.com. Everything we do is in-house, from photography and web development to our local copywriters who are responsible for communicating our ethos and message of creative disruption globally. 

    Reporting into the Senior Digital Trade Manager, this person will be responsible for the product VM, upload, and commercial trading of the UK/EU and North American AllSaints sites. With product assistants the person will be responsible for the entire process from product upload to merchandising and optimisation.

     

    Role

    • Manage a team of 3 members and multiple categories with delegation/prioritisation of work to ensure they complete tasks in-time and to company standards, as well as help them develop right skills required for the job
    • Understand and contribute to the Commercial and Creative strategies of the brand through the websites 
    • Understand and utilize the insight from analytical merchandising with the creative needs of the Brand, Products and Markets to deliver a VM approach that helps to achieve KPIs, sales, productivity, and profit 
    • Merchandising all products across all platforms in order to maximise sales and cross-sell/up-sell and site aesthetics, within Brand guidelines 
    • Manage the menu navigation and categorisation of products, working closely copy and SEO
    • Working across all sites, tailoring merchandising to each region (UK / EU & NA) based on past sales performances and aesthetics 
    • Full site audits, ensuring all current stock is displayed online correctly 
    • Work with the Photo Studio team to ensure all options are online on time and that styling and retouching is correct and to guidelines 
    • Understanding intake for the business, expected deliveries and items being delivered 
    • Work with Merchandisers on new product launches, monthly pack launches and 
    • sale/promotion events as well as any issues on current stock 
    • Prepare and organise all major and minor sale events, re-merchandising the site as required 
    • Regular competitor activity across both retail stores and online to understand the market place and environment 
    • Ensure all products are added to sites, ensuring descriptions are all complete 
    • General site testing across load speeds, devices, checkout testing and similar when necessary 
    • Identifying opportunities to grow the revenue and increase conversion of AllSaints globally 
    • Key Stakeholder for the third party merchandising tool - ability to assist with integration would be of great benefit

    WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLE?

    • 4/5 years experience in digital visual merchandising preferably in fashion or retail 
    • Preferably a Degree or higher education 
    • Experience in managing assistants 
    • Strong understanding of the user behaviour and the ecommerce landscape 
    • Experience in regional and global markets 
    • Good analytical skills and strong commercial gravitas 
    • Experience in working with 3rd party software 
    • Understanding of merchandising reports and good use of these to achieve KPIs that deliver success in the Digital organization
    • Organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines, often while working independently 
    • Energy to get results in a fast paced, dynamic business that thrives on innovation 
    • Strong experience with a creative and flexible approach 
    • Self motivated, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
